Support DeskSupport timesThe Support Desk telephone and email service is available during office hours 2pm - 9pm UK time. Outside these times please email and we will respond to your request when the Support Desk opens. Please use email for non-urgent enquiries. We aim to respond within 1 working day. Please include a UK contact landline number or Skype name in case we wish to telephone you. Please note we do not call overseas, mobile numbers or non-geographic numbers.
