Free installation service

Assistance is available to install and configure the Securing Data Simply data backup software. This is provided Free.

Booking installation

Installation support is booked when you order the backup service.

Support is available from 2pm to 9pm Monday to Friday UK time.

The Support Desk will confirm a time with you by email.

If you do not have a landline telephone or require support outside of support times, please email the Support Desk to make alternative arrangements.

Installing the service

At the agreed time the Support Desk will telephone you and take you through the installation.

Remote access is used to do the installation. This is a very secure method, and allows only the Support Desk to connect to your PC for one time only.

At all times you can see what is being done, and can take back control.

The Support Desk will discuss with you your requirements and configure the software.

When completed the connection is closed, and the connection software deleted.
