User Install

Before you start

Do not attempt to install the backup service until instructed to do so by the Support Desk.

Backup accounts that are created without the authorisation of the Support Desk will be deleted.

Order the backup service

Complete the order page.

Select the option to install yourself.

You will be sent account details which must be used when you configure the service.

Documentation is available as Adobe pdf files.

• Left click the links to view them on-line. They will open in a new window.
• Right click the links and choose the Save option to keep a copy to view later using Adobe reader.

Software download

Download the Backup Installer and save it to your local drive.

Install

Run the Installer following the documentation to configure the software.

You must use the account details you were sent when you install the software. Backup accounts that are created using the wrong account name will be deleted.
