The service is charged annually in advance.

If you require additional storage you will be charged the difference between the two storage limits per month for the remainder of the contact period. Part months will be charged as a whole month.

What storage limit do I need ?

The storage limit band will be calculated at the time of the installation.

To calculate the approximate size of storage required, add together the size of My Documents, the size of data held in other folders, and the size of your email storage folder.

What files should I backup ?

Tou should backup all the files that are important to your business. There are 4 groups of files that you should consider including in your backup.

• My documents folder and sub-folders. The software includes filters to only select certain files such as MS Office files, graphics, etc. The software comes with a number of filters, and you can add your own.
• Data held on other folders. Some software does not hold its data on the My Documents folder.
• Email folder. Generally email data is not stored on the My Documents folder.
• Configuration data. Generally configuration data is stored on the program folder or sub-folder, A common example is the MS Office document templates.

Some data you may decide not to include in the backup. Examples are:

• My Music.
• My Pictures.
• My Videos.
• Program Files.

These files can be included in the backup if you wish. Often you will have copies of these files and so it is not necessary to include them in the backup service.
