Installation Service

Using the service

You must only use this installation service when instructed by the Support Desk. Do not attempt to install the backup service yourself unless instructed by the Support Desk.

Backup accounts that are created without the authorisation of the Support Desk will be deleted.

Remote connection

Do NOT download this program until requested to by the Support Desk.

Remote Connection

When the installation is completed the connection is closed, and the connection software automatically deleted.

Installer

Do NOT download this Installer until requested to by the Support Desk. Save to your local drive. It is 12mbyte and will take some minutes to download. Do not run the installer until instructed.

Backup Installer

The Support Desk will discuss with you your requirements and configure the software.
