Placing the order

Contact Securing Data Simply Order Desk by emailing order@securingdatasimply.co.uk

Include the following information:

• Your name, telephone number (UK landline only) or skype name.
• Your email address.
• Contact days and times you are available for the installation service.
• If you wish to install the software yourself, please indicate this.

Order confirmation

Your order will be processed and an email confirmation sent showing the following information.

• Account details.
• Date and time for installation service.
• Confirmation if you have indicated you wish to install the software yourself.

Software installation

After the software has been installed and configured the Support Desk will inform you of the storage limit group and cost.

If you have installed the software yourself the Support Desk will email confirming the storage limit group and cost.

Invoice

A vat invoice will be emailed to you for the cost of the service for 1 year.

Payment

Payment may be made by BACS transfer or by cheque.

Due to the high processing charges we do not accept credit or debit cards.

Payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice.
