How do I restore a file?

Data restore is simple and fast.

• Two clicks to open the backup software.
• One click to select the restore option.
• Select the file(s) you want to restore using a file explorer that looks like windows explorer.
• Click the restore button.
• Decide where to restore the files to on your hard disc.
• Click to restore. Job done.

If you have any problems with restoring data, or just simply want someone to show you how to do it, then contact the support desk.

We will talk you through the process. If necessary we can also help you do the restore by setting up a remote connection to your PC and guiding you through the process.
